The Story Behind Head Spa Collective
Head Spa Collective was founded by Toni, a licensed cosmetologist of more than 23 years, a registered nurse, and the owner of a Japanese-inspired head spa.
After building her own business, Toni recognized a gap in the industry. While there was plenty of information about equipment, trends, and techniques, there were very few resources that helped professionals think through the decisions involved in creating a successful and sustainable head spa business.
That realization became the foundation of Head Spa Collective.
Today, Toni’s education combines real-world experience, clinical insight, guest experience, business foundations, and intentional decision-making to help professionals build head spa services and businesses with greater clarity and confidence.
