Toni is a licensed cosmetologist of more than 23 years, a registered nurse, and the founder of a Japanese-inspired head spa built through years of hands-on experience, intentional growth, and continual refinement.

As she built her own head spa business, Toni noticed something that kept coming up again and again. There was no shortage of information about equipment, trends, techniques, or aesthetics, but there were very few resources that helped professionals think through the decisions involved in building a successful and sustainable head spa service and business.

Many professionals were left trying to piece everything together on their own. Questions about services, space planning, equipment, licensing, guest experience, pricing, and business structure were often answered through trial and error rather than clear, thoughtful education.

That realization became the foundation of Head Spa Collective.

Today, Toni’s approach combines real-world experience as a cosmetologist and head spa owner with the clinical perspective of a registered nurse. Her education emphasizes intentional decision-making, professional responsibility, guest experience, service design, scalp awareness, and the business foundations that support long-term success.

In addition to building her own head spa from the ground up, Toni has grown the business from a single-provider concept into a multi-station spa supported by a trained team. Along the way, she has developed systems, service protocols, training processes, and guest experience standards that continue to influence the educational resources, tools, and programs she creates today.

At its core, Head Spa Collective exists to provide the resource Toni wishes she had when she began building her own head spa.
